Job Description

Responsible for the provision of quality care to the child and coordinated communication with the parents. Provide medication management and administration.
Comply with facility policies for receiving and implementing doctor’s orders, including verbal and phone. Clearly and accurately document care as it is provided to the child.

Job Requirements

Working 1:1 with a patient that has one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic, seizures)
Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
